Collections are like a box of chocolates. Sometimes we just aren’t sure what we’re going to get.

Help Needed

We are seeking people to help us. The following tasks need people to be responsible for them and helpers:

· liason for accommodation

· liason for travel logistics

· organise lunch on Saturday + cleanup

· organise lunch on Sunday + cleanup

· handle equipment setup & pack away in the room

· handle the video gear for the linkup with Kansasfest

· monitor the internet usage during the weekend
